Job Description

Brindley are seeking an recruitment account manager and resourcer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have the passion and drive to bring on new candidates for our business. As well as maintaining and building up new customer relationships in the healthcare sector. You will build up an exceptional sales knowledge and be comfortable dealing with senior directors on a face to face basis.

We are a specialist staffing company focused on care and nursing where we supply candidates to various sectors.

You will take over and grow an existing billing desk with support of a care and relationship manager.

Responsibilities

* Account manage current clients and new ones with the support of the Regional managers

* Resource new candidates for the regional managers

* Complete admin and compliance for new candidates

* Assist in other ad-hock duties

* General admin

Skills

* Relevant telesales experience

* Ability to build and maintain good business relationships with clients, directors and associates

* Ability to identify opportunities

* Excellent presentation skills in both preparation and execution

* Professional and tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve objectives
