We have an incredible opportunity for a good team-player looking to begin a career in digital publishing and product development. Our client, a global independent publisher of academic resources (across books, journals and digital products) is looking to appoint a Product Assistant to join their Product Innovation team and support with the development of online products, mainly learning platforms.

Main responsibilities:

- Supporting the delivery of enhancements and content additions by analysing customer usage of the platforms to understand development priorities

- Liaising with UX and accessibility analysts to test new products

- Assisting with the scheduling and organisation of meetings

- Researching the market and competitor products and track recommendations

- Organise user testing sessions

- Responding to customer queries about products

This is an exciting role for a curious and pro-active individual, who excels at multitasking and is genuinely interested in learning more about user experience and digital publishing products. The ideal candidate will have strong time-management skills and be confident in their knowledge of Microsoft Office.

For a full description of the role, please send your CV with a brief paragraph outlining your relevant skills.

Closing Date: Early applications may be prioritised.
