Our Newark based client is looking for a Commercial Broker
Main responsibilities will include achieving job specific KPI's and business target objectives, ensuring that product and industry knowledge is current and accurate. In addition to this, ensuring delivery of an outstanding service to our valued clients and business introducers.
Key Responsibilities
• Quarterly 1-1's with Commercial Director
• To manage personal sales targets successfully
• To achieve job specific KPI's
• Visiting & developing new Non-Openwork business introducers
• Development of business with direct customers
• To develop and maintain in depth knowledge on commercial lending and lenders criteria
• Discuss client's needs via email, over the phone and in person.
• Ability to assess and quote terms for commercial lending enquiries
• To source commercial lending for all scenarios
• Use various database systems to log information
• To update the relevant team manager with details of all leads received from any Lead Provider
• To work as part of a team to achieve success
• To manage ongoing cases day to day and record on CRM
• Any opportunity identified in an area of which you do not hold a license must be referred to the appropriate Team Manager
• Any missed opportunities will be automatically referred to another advisor.
Key Skills
• A proven and impressive business track record specifically in the Commercial Finance marketplace
• Highly experienced in the sourcing, management and delivery of a diverse range of commercial financial products to business customers.
• High Level sales experience in a client facing environment
• Numerate and literate with excellent communication skills
• Able to deliver clear and concise proposals and presentations
• Ability to carry out responsibilities with strong time management and excellent attention to detail
• Accurate recording of information regarding the clients financial and personal situation
• Ability to effectively promote both the appointment and upsell other services offered by the company
• Be a positive team player

Remuneration Package
• Basic Salary GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 (Depending on Experience)
• Working Hours 9.00am to 5.00pm (Monday to Friday)
