Accounts Administrator / Senior Accounts Administrator - Spalding - Up to GBP25,000 Basic Salary + Benefits
Our client is a business services company operating within the utilities sector. Serving many of the UK's leading property management companies, our client provides outsourced billing invoice verification and bought ledger support services.
Due to their continued success they now require an Account Administrator / Senior Accounts Administrator to work from our clients Spalding office which offers an excellent working environment and future career opportunities.
The Role
* As an Accounts Administrator / Senior Accounts Administrator your role will include the validation and verification of supplier billing invoices
* You will carry out account reconciliation and balance brought forward analysis
* Client and supplier relationship management
* Management of data entry within both our client and external client accounting systems
* Management of escalated account queries
* You will be based from the Spalding office
Key Skills and Experience Required
* The successful Accounts Administrator / Senior Account Administrator will have accounts experience (preferably within bought ledger)
* Have Customer service / client relationship experience
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Strong mathematical skills
* Leadership skills, within a team working environment
* Superb attention to detail
* Live within a commutable distance to the Spalding office

* GBP20,000 to GBP25,000 Basic Salary (Dependent upon experience)
