As one of the UK's leading housebuilders, Bloor Homes operates a busy Graphics department responsible for producing printed and digital sales and marketing materials: brochures, websites, displays, signage, information literature and much more.We need an experienced, creative graphic designer to join our team, designing and producing various materials to support the sales, PR and marketing functions, while working within current brand guidelines. The successful candidate will liaise with regional offices and external suppliers, attend meetings where necessary, and manage and maintain their workload.This is a crucial position within Bloor Homes, and as a family owned business and one of the largest, most successful housebuilders in the country, we value our key people and reward them accordingly. The successful candidate for this key position will have design qualifications to degree level or equivalent, and relevant work experience in an in-house graphics team. You will need a good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.

You must be an enthusiastic person who can work alone but also as part of a team, and who is well organised, willing to learn and able to follow a brief quickly and efficiently. You will need excellent communications and teamworking skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines, in a busy, fast-paced environment.
