Conveyancing Legal Secretary
Location: Central Brighton
Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-17.30pm

You will already have a background within audio typing and have exposure to residential conveyancing.
Responsibilities:
Audio typing and word processing
Filing and retrieval of client files
Updating the system accurately and efficiently
Prepare mail for dispatch
Diary management
Arrange meetings
On-line land searches
Prepare the conference room for meetings where necessary
Supporting other members of the teamThe right candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Audio typing 50WPM +
Conveyancing knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
