BAKERY AND HIGH RISK (OVEN, COOKED MEATS AND CHEESES) MANAGER

Wage negotiable depending on experience. Weekly pay.

Hours nominally Mon - Fri 05:00 - 15:00, Occasional Saturday 05:00 - 09: (Majority attendance of monthly stock takes)

This opportunity is to work at a catering butchery that also have an on-site cooked meat, pie and cheese department.

Candidates should have a strong track record of production planning, management or supervisory experience of working in a quality food manufacturing environment. Experience in the making, cooking and cooling of pies and meats is essential. Experience of stock control, product development, hygiene management and quality control is important.

Candidates should hold a Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate or must be willing to undertake relevant qualifications. A good people manager with motivational skills is sought. Candidates must be HACCP trained and willing to undertake further work-related training. Working knowledge of H&S legislation is desirable.
