Our client, a leading firm in Slough, has been actively seeking a talented General Office Assistant to join its team and be responsible for general administrative duties. The position is offered on a full-time (35 hours per week), permanent basis.

Responsibilities
• Assisting general office and administrative team
• Contributing to the firm achieving its set business targets
• Scanning and creating documents
• Electronic allocation
• Post and faxes
• Banking
• Court runs

The Candidate
• Legal secretaries and legal assistants with a minimum of one year's experience gained within a reputable practice
• Previous experience of using case management system Tikit would be beneficial
• Understanding of client care in a legal context
• IT proficiency
• Excellent communications skills
• Efficient time management and the ability to work on own initiative
• Sensitivity to confidential data
