Badenoch + Clark are currently working exclusively with their Public Sector client to source an interim Project Support Officer on a contracting basis, initially for 3 months. This role sits within an exciting, high profile project and is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work on a fantastic piece of work.

The key duties and responsibilities of the role are:

* Planning, monitoring, delivery and management of the project activities that enables effective delivery and improvement across partners and ensure the overall integrity of the project is maintained.
* The delivery in accordance with the Funding Agreement and organisation's procedures and decision-making processes through: assisting in the development and implementation of systems, policies and procedures for internal and management control; due diligence; document management, and control and quality assurance
* Ensuring legal obligations are fulfilled in accordance with funding agreements and policies including those undertaken via Delivery Partners and SMEs.
* Compiling accurate and robust ERDF grant claims, maintaining a high standard documentary audit trail for each transaction application ensuring high degree of compliance with ERDF funding requirements.

This role is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) therefore experience of working on this type of project in a similar capacity would be highly desirable.
