Our client based in Newark is looking for a Operations and Human Resource Manager
As a senior HR and Operations Manager, you will engage across all levels of the Company, including regular contact with the Board, daily cooperation with other senior managers whilst providing specialist HR, Commercial and Business advice.
This will be a varied, interesting and highly visible Senior role. A previous role in the Financial Services Industry would be highly advantageous. Consequently, it demands an experienced individual with demonstrable, Skills, Qualifications and Experience including:
• Ideally CIPD L5 Qualified (or substantial evidence of CPD that works towards attaining ACIPD status).
• Experience of holding positions of seniority, able to establish credibility, take personal responsibility and build departmental accountability.
• Extensive experience around employee engagement, HR transformation and implementation.
• Solid employment law knowledge and proven experience of providing direction in applying updated legislation to a variety of HR and Business situations.
• Able to problem solve, seek out alternative perspectives and have the courage to challenge the norm.
• Outstanding communication and convincing relationship building skills to continue to enhance the company reputation within the industry.
• Acting ethically and with integrity whilst being the trusted agent for staff in the execution of interview process, benefits and administration across HR generalist and business functions.
GBP24,000 - GBP30,000 depending on experience.
Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. One hour
Working hours can be adjusted to accommodate flexible working patterns.
