At Depaul UK we currently have an exciting opportunity for a National Prevention Services Manager to come and join ourteam at any one of our national Depaul offices. You will join us on a full-time basisas part of 1 Year fixed term contract (maternity cover). In return you will receive a competitive salary of GBP33,864 (Regional) /GBP37,364 (inc. London Weighting) per annum + pension & other benefits.

The National Prevention Services Manager role:
In this role you will be pivotal in developing our prevention programmes nationally, specifically our education and family work.
Over the past year, we have designed an innovative new programme for schools that uses creative techniques to educate young people on homelessness and related issues. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of this programme, refining the content, and ensuring it meets the needs of young people across our services. You will also be responsible for the development of our family support work, working closely with the regional prevention teams across Depaul to develop and implement a new programme that supports families at risk of breakdown.
You will be driven by developing evidence and outcome focused programmes that effectively prevent young people from becoming homeless. You'll be experienced in programme development, and motivated by developing and implementing programmes that meet the needs of our clients.

What will ideally support your success in the National Prevention Services Manager role?
- Demonstrable experience of designing and implementing national programmes to improve the lives of disadvantaged groups
- Strong project and programme management skills
- Proven experience of developing and broadening a service or project from a local base to a national platform
- Strong understanding of the challenges young people face who are at risk of homelessness
- A track record of strong stakeholder management
- Understanding of business planning
