Nigel Wright are delighted to be working with a key repeat client based in Teesside to assist them with their search for a suitable candidate to join their growing customer service team.


The role will involve B2B telephone customer service support, and on a daily basis you will be dealing with a large client base to assist them with any queries they have. You will be responsible for:

  • Case handling
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls from business clients
  • Answering client queries
  • Handling client complaints and any associated admin tasks
  • Discussing with clients the company and solutions they have to offer
  • Managing both digital and web queries

Person Requirements:

  • Experience working in a B2B or B2C telephone, or face to face customer service or sales role
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Good IT literacy and the ability to effectively utilise CRM systems
  • Ability to develop good customer relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Team player with an ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Empathy and patience
  • Great work ethic is essential
