About the role

We are an organisation with exciting people ambitions looking to appoint a People and Culture Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and, if you are an experienced professional who would enjoy sharing their expertise and leadership across a developing international team, then we would like to hear from you.

You will focus on building operational excellence for the UK function as well as have the opportunity to design and lead exciting global projects such as understanding our global staff survey feedback, and helping mobilise progress towards our gender equality ambitions or reviewing our dynamic People Management Process (appraisal).

The role offers a unique opportunity to help build a strong People & Culture infrastructure across a range of geographies and cultures. Covering the UK and regional country offices, flexibility and international travel will be essential. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be both strategic and operational in service of our strategic ambition to put ingenious ideas to work so people in poverty can change their world.

About you

Having the drive to build good practices and create impact through people strategies, you have strong operational and strategic capabilities. Confident at building relationships and communicating across different cultures and professions, you will have the tenacity and adaptability to make a difference. Passionate for the cause, you will also need to keep a calm head and be resilient when things don’t go right first time.
