Central Employment are delighted to be partnering an award-winning UK retailer as they look to recruit a data and analytically savvy E-Commerce Paid Search Executive, to jojn their rapidly expanding in-house digital team in Tyne & Wear.
Purpose of the E-Commerce Paid Search Executive:
As an expert in the paid search channel you will take ownership of PPC and related data analysis. Working with the head of acquisition and their chosen PPC agency you will manage a six figure PPC spend and drive multimillion online revenue growth. As a critical member of the digital acquisition team you will help and guide other team members. You will know your way round an Adwords/Bing account like the back of your hand and constantly look for new ways to implement tools/features. You will also have strong understanding and experience with Google Analytics and ability to showcase complex data in an easy to understand format for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
?? Create and manage PPC Campaigns
?? Relationship with PPC Agency
?? Ensure ads are created in line with brand guidelines
?? Ensure advertised lines are promoted
?? Showcase, youtube, display ad and other content is delivered
?? Generic search ad copy corrected and quality checking
?? Identify new opportunities and emerging trends in paid search
?? Measure and report on performance of channel
?? Develop and deliver your recommended action to optimise channel
?? Analyse Ads platforms and Google Analytics
?? Analyse data from internal reporting systems
?? Creating Powerpoint or Google slides based on your research for reporting and internal education purposes
?? Work with our Insights & Analytics Executive to prepare department level reporting on marketing performance
?? A/B testing results and conclusions
?? Ability to focus and deliver on Key KPI's
?? New platform reporting and testing
?? Drive traffic that generates ROI
Essential Experience required:
Paid marketing experience
Previously worked for Digital Agency or large Brand ideally in eCommerce, Online Retail setting
Attention to Detail
AdWords certified
Proficient with Excel or google sheets
IT literate above average knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Strong test and learn mind-set
Ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines
A self-starter; with a strong work ethic and a willingness to put in the time to ensure projects exceed expectations
Demonstrate a track record of successfully achieving and exceeding targets and objectives
Well-organised, detail orientated and possess high levels of accuracy
First class interpersonal and communication skills; both verbally and written
An outgoing personality, who is a great team member, with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
