Role: School Office Manager

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time (36 hrs/wk)

Band: F £21,589 - £23,836 (SCP 12 -17)

We require an Office Manager to contribute to the effective running of the school.  Excellent ICT skills are required including Word and Excel, as well as a good general education. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all office staff and for the supervision of all office administration functions. They will also have responsibility for the set-up, input and processing of pupil data as required by SLT, as well as school reports

A good knowledge of our school MIS (SIMS) or similar package is essential.  The successful applicant should have experience working in an office environment and have proven administrative experience.  Experience administering/coordinating pupil “First Aid” would also be an advantage.  

A willingness and ability to learn and apply procedures accurately, honesty, integrity and the ability to observe confidentiality where necessary are all essential attributes.   Applicants with experience of management are at an advantage.
