If you have a passion for design, a desire for a new challenge and you want to work for a company that does things a bit differently – our client might just be offering exactly what you’re looking for.

As a Junior Graphic/Motion Designer in their award-winning communications team you’ll help to deliver a range of different projects ranging from print design to motion graphics.

You’ll be able to hit the ground running and have some design industry experience under your belt either in-house or in an agency. You’ll be a team player with the confidence to suggest new ways of working. They need someone who has a strong creative flair, who is comfortable working to tight deadlines.

They believe that work isn’t somewhere you go, it’s something you do, and they trust their colleagues to make their own decisions about what works for them. When they talk about flexibility, they don’t just mean flexible working in the traditional sense. They’re challenging the norms of the typical workplace culture and focusing instead on their people achieving agreed outcomes in support of their wider corporate strategy.

Being recognised by Mumsnet as a ‘Family Friendly’ company acknowledges how their approach can make a real difference in the way their people work.

In return they want you to love what you do and help them to achieve their vision that everyone has a home.

If you think you fit the bill they’d love to hear from you.

About the Company::

Their vision is that everyone has a home. It’s a bold statement but one everyone across their business is passionate about.

They provide safety and security through their reliable landlord services and they supply a wide range of housing options in response to the housing crisis.

Helping guide what they do is their five business priorities, which turn their vision into the delivery of good quality services and more homes. Whether it’s through building more new homes, maintaining and investing in the thousands of homes they own, providing good services, or creating a lasting legacy in the communities they work in, they aim to carefully balance a commercial approach with their social heart.

To continue the great work they do into the future they are clear that they need to continue growing their business and find more effective and innovative ways of working.
