Ashley Kate HR & Finance are pleased to be partnering with a well established business on an interim Talent Acquisition Partner.
Due to a restructure they will be recruiting 30-40 digital sales executives in primarily, the south west, south east and North West. All of who need to be in situ by January 2020. Alongside this you will provide support and advice on workforce planning, employer branding and candidate attraction strategies to Hiring Managers and HR.
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
??Manage the recruitment process from preparation and advertisement of vacancies on internal and external channels, to interviewing selected candidates, and supporting HR with feedback on hiring decisions.
??Take ownership of applicants to ensure they are appropriately screened, interviewed and assessed in line with business competencies and requirements
??Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies across the region
??Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to lead an efficient and cost-effective recruitment process whilst delivering a high quality of service and support.
??Implement the globally defined recruiting processes and tools throughout the recruitment process and make improvement suggestions, whilst ensuring adherence to local and regional market conditions
??Monitor the internal transfer process and promote the development of internal candidates within the business
??Work as part of a recruitment Talent Acquisition team to capture and promote continuous improvement opportunities within the recruitment process
??Utilise data to understand and take ownership of recruitment trends, to act as a strategic partner to local site leadership and HR teams
??Provide innovative and strategic advice for the attraction, selection and retention of high quality candidates who will impact future business success.
??Develop and maintain talent pools, conduct direct searching and work as part of the regional team to share talent and high potential candidates who can match business needs.
Requirements:
??Previous experience of recruiting in the digital sales space is essential.
??Strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
??Excellent organisation skills and process driven with the ability to also bring innovative solutions to improve processes and work methods
??Good analytical skills with the ability to collate, interpret and present data to impact and influence business decision making
