GBP20,000 - GBP22,000 Base (depending on experience) + overtime + tips OTE GBP27K
Monday to Friday (to include weekends)

The role???.
1) Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
2) Helping other sous chefs and the head chef to develop new dishes and menus
3) Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

1) Strong experience gained as a Chef de Rang OR Commis Chef OR Sous Chef OR Junior Sous Chef ESSENTIAL
