Established in 2017 Starboard Personnel is an independent recruiter based in Barnsley. We pride ourselves on delivering a first class bespoke service to all our clients and candidates.

Due to an increase in workload we are are now looking to recruit a temporary part time Recruitment Administrator to work 30 hours per week.Full time will also be considered. A degree of flexibility is required due to the nature of our business.

This role is temporary and may go permanent for the right candidate.

The role:

* Working in a fast paced busy environment

* Answering telephones

* Dealing with enquiries

* Dealing with candidates

* Posting jobs

* Administration

* CV searching

The candidate:

* Excellent administration skills

* Fully proficient with Microsoft packages

* Be able to work on own initiative

* Ability to prioritise workload

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Excellent organisational skills

* Previous experience within the recruitment industry would be advantageous
