Freelance Digital Marketing Manager (Retail Client)

A leading retail client of mine is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to come on board for an initial 6 month contract to help with an exciting website rebuild for a well-known brand, in their offices in Central London.

The Company (Retail Client)

My client is a Creative Material Retailer who works with a huge range of well-known and popular brands. You will be working closely with the website project lead to actively deliver their biggest website project of the year. As the Freelance Digital Marketing Manager you will be managing the website build as well as the delivery of content from planning to end product.

The Freelance Digital Marketing Manager Retail role will involve:

Strong background within content marketing
Highly experienced with WordPress and Sketch
SEO experience is necessary
Good understanding of UX/UI, user journeys, flows
Branding experience would also be preferred
Briefing the developers (widgets, feature, functionalities, styling)
gather, organise brand content,
plan where the content will go for each new page of the website,
briefing the copywriter,
managing photo shoots with brand and agency
Plan and set up meta data
Help and support the content specialists in the delivery of content population
The ideal candidate for the position of Freelance Digital Marketing Manager must have:

WordPress experience is necessary
A strong background in content management
Previous branding experience would be preferred
