Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager in the Upminster area for a leading hospitality and retail business.
My client focuses on selling fresh and sustainable products within their site as well as creating a unique and customer centric dining experience in their restaurant. The ideal Restaurant Manager, will be a results driven Restaurant Manager who enjoys coaching & developing their teams as well as having a real passion for customer service!
Key Restaurant Manager responsibilities will include;
Maximising site profitability.
Delivering exceptional customer service.
Managing and coaching a team.
P&L analysis & budget control.
Driving excellent customer service.
Ensuring high standards are maintained.As a Restaurant manager, your role will involve leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent levels of customer service and standards within the restaurant as well as maintaining health and safety within the business. You will be responsible for managing all costs in the restaurant and managing the full P&L for the site as well as maintain the brand standards at all times.
This is an ideal role for an experienced Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
For the right Restaurant Manager, the salary is paying GBP27,000 + bonus and this is reviewed throughout your career.
