An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a well-established manufacturing business in the middle of a growth period, who seek to appoint a Commercial Coordinator. You will be responsible for obtaining and collating all information required to ensure that all jobs are accurately planned and documented for production. Additionally, you will assist the Commercial Manager with production planning, purchasing and any additional tasks as required to develop and improve client relationships. Commercial Coordinator - Role and Responsibilities Sales Coordinator / SAGE / SAP / Excel / Customer Service / Account Management

* To be the main point of contact for the customer from order placement through to and including production start-up
* To produce cutter guides, case and pallet plans
* To have a proficient understanding of Sage, including item setup, raising purchase orders and checking stock levels
* Create case labels for customer approval
* Prepare job bags for first production
* Prepare the handover document, arrange and deliver the handover meeting

Commercial Coordinator - Skills and Abilities - Sales Coordinator / SAGE / SAP / Excel / Customer Service / Account Management

* Prior experience in a customer service focused role
* Proficient in Microsoft office packages
* A polite and professional telephone manner
* Great attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
* Previous experience working with SAGE would be advantageous
* Experience of working alongside a fast-paced production environment is desirable
