The Company

Our client is a leading software provider that creates products for the construction and field service industry. They are now seeking a Customer Service / Sales Advisor to join their highly skilled team.

Your Rewards

- Salary of up to £19,000
- Commission structure (OTE of around £26,000)

Your Role

As a Customer Service / Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for increasing sales opportunities for our client’s range of highly sought after IT solutions.

You’ll be getting involved in a range of lead generation activities to increase awareness of the company, promote the products and make the first inroads into the sales cycle.

For some customers, you will follow the entire sales process through to conclusion, however the majority of your role will be geared towards creating vital relationships from which sales can be created at a later stage.

Specifically, your role will involve:

- Contacting customers via the telephone and email
- Promoting the range of software products
- Working towards generating a demonstration of the system for a Client Account Manager
- Partnering with an Account Manager to support the close of sales
- Attending trade shows and representing the company

About You

To be considered as a Customer Service / Sales Advisor, you will need:

- An excellent telephone manner
- Proficient customer service skills and the ability to build new relationships
- A team player mentality
- A resilient and resourceful mindset

Prior lead generation or phone-based sales experience would be beneficial to your application.
