We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated, conscientious, and committed individual who is looking for their next exciting challenge.
The successful candidate must be decisive and execution focused in order to bring theories and products to the fore. The role shall require the ability to research and develop ideas for new products and to manage projects from concept to completion.
Based in our Aberdeen headquarters, reporting to the Senior R&D Engineer, main responsibility is to show enthusiasm towards learning, quality of work, teamwork, and being innovative in order to provide solutions to technical challenges.
Candidate should have Master's Degree in an engineering discipline, willingness to learn, good analytical skills. In return a comprehensive opportunity to develop their own engineering skills is offered. With a mixture of further education, exposure to complex challenges, and working with an experienced, diverse engineering team.
The successful candidate will join Rubberatkins' monitored professional development scheme (MPDS) accredited by IMechE.
