Energy Sales - Consultant
We are looking for strong sales individuals that are driven, professional, resilient and dynamic enough to hit targets! Main Role and Responsibilities:
* Achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets.
* Collect accurate information on products and services to ensure consistency across the organisation and provide reliable and trustworthy customer service.
* Manage customer contract renewal dates ensure a smooth customer journey.
* Contact data records to maximise contact rates and personal productivity to existing and / or prospect customers.
* Make pro-active outbound calls to potential customers who are in a position to transfer supplier either now or in the future.
* Recognise opportunities to upsell / cross sell and promote additional products to maximise revenue
* Be fully responsible for the quality of sale up to on supply, including resolving any quality returns / supplier objections within agreed timeframe
* Identify customer needs, promoting additional products and services, creating greater customer relationships and business growth.
* You must be able to acquire and retain a solid customer base through sales and customer service in order to exceed your targets.
Ideal Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
* Experienced in energy based sales, ideally B2B
* Success working in a sales/telesales environment.
* Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Experienced using a CRM system.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
* Minimum 5 GCSE's A-C grade including Maths and English.
