HR Manager / Human Resources Manager 

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Location: South Wimbledon with occasional travel in London

Contract: full time, permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, happy to discuss flexible working

Reporting to the Director of People and Culture and leading a team of four, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience of working as an HR Manager. This role will cover all aspects of people management. You will lead, coach and support members of the HR team and work closely with colleagues to ensure that the team is providing a great quality of service.

 

About you

You will have experience of advising on a wide range of complex employee relations cases and an excellent understanding of the latest ways to develop staff and ensure that they have a great working environment. With a CIPD qualification and significant generalist HR experience, you will know how to manage a busy workload and will be confident in producing and communicating data. You will enjoy making changes for the better and will model a problem solving approach within your team and wider.
