Machine Setter - Nights
Telford

Circa GBP29000 - GBP35000 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday - Friday 10pm- 6am NIGHTS
Do you want to be part of a global company with great development opportunities?
We are working with one of the fastest growing UK manufacturers who are looking to recruit a Machine Setter to join their growing moulding team. The setter will be required to complete the machinery set ups in order to process customer orders.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
* Retrieving, installing and securing moulds into moulding presses
* Loading materials into machine hoppers
* Setting machine parameters from scratch to process parts for samples and in-production parts and inspect output for accuracy
* Record process specifications onto setting sheets
* Remove moulds from press and prepare for disassembly

Skills and Experience
* Previous experience of setting machinery in a plastics manufacturing environment
* Able to operate handheld and stationary power tools
* Able to use measuring instruments to perform basic quality checks
* Physically able to reach, bend and grasp
