Our client is currently enjoying a fantastic period of growth, and as such they are looking for a new Senior Project Co-ordinator to join their Asset Management team, specifically within delivering the overall groups asset management project delivery plan.


This role would be based in Wakefield, Yorkshire and the core of this role will be to ensure that systems are developed, maintained and managed to allow the entire Asset Management team to deliver projects as needed.


You’ll also lead on ICT projects as and when required and manage and monitor financial activities, maintaining information transfers between various teams within Asset Management and the central finance team as well.

Your normal day to day duties would be:

  • To regularly review ICT systems, processes, procedures and all other elements which relate to Asset Management project delivery. You will identify enhancements, and developments to ensure continuous improvement, automation, performance improvement and the simplification of digital interactions.
  • You will need to act as the service lead with ICT to communicate the services developmental needs, co-ordinate feedback and evidence of best practice, attending user group meetings as required to represent if needed.
  • To ensure all projects are carried out in accordance with agreed Group standards as well as any and all legislative requirements.
  • To maintain communication and consultation to the highest possible standards of customer care with all stakeholders and other internal groups throughout the project from initial initiation throughout implementation to final review.
  • To ensure that work is carried out within set  budgets and that value for money is achieved, by monitoring and reporting on performance.

In order to fulfil this role, based from Wakefield, Yorkshire, you will require the following key skills, knowledge & experience:

  • Experience of systems and process’ reviews, delivering associated programmes on time and within budget
  • Experience of auditing systems and processes, preparing reports on service improvements and developments
  • Experience managing a quality control process for a team or and organisation
  • Experience of working within a financial framework


Due to the nature of the role, a full driving license with access to a vehicle insured for business use is required.
