Team Member - Vertas Group Limited
37.5 hours per week 52 weeks a year

Main responsibilities for the Team Member:
* Locking and Unlocking of building.
* Giving a warm and polite welcome.
* Setting up class rooms, functions, and sports facilities.
* Cleaning as required.
* Working as part of a team.
The Team Member will have:
* SIA recommend but not essential.
* Good Customer Service skills, possessing experience and a high level of service.
* Security minded with a polite and friendly manner.
* Excellent presentation.
* Good attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills
