A number of our permanent, short breaks and shared care services are now looking for waking night support workers. We have current vacancies in Bolton. You will be supporting our young people who have learning difficulties, Autism spectrum conditions and other complex needs.
As our HR Administrator…
You will provide timely, accurate and effective HR administrative support to all departments across the Trust, covering; general enquiries, recruitment, contractual amendments and supporting in the collation of the HR monthly reporting.
Dealing with enquiries as and when they arise, you will participate in the delivery of recruitment and selection services to the Trust including arranging interviews and preparing and supporting managers in line with Safer Recruitment Guidelines. You will build up key professional and credible relationships with service managers and employees and ensure the HR database is current by inputting data regularly and providing reports as requested by your line manager.
We’re looking for an individual who has experience in an office environment / similar role and who is comfortable working with a computerised system. Pro-active, enthusiastic and self-motivated, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work to deadlines, prioritising workload effectively.
Experience of working in recruitment and selection or within the Education, Social Care or Charity sector would be advantageous.
