CAD Technician

Our Client is a leading manufacturer and innovator of high performance, off-site, fabricated modular buildings. Their recent growth has lead to an acceleration in affordable housing, extra care accommodation, school classrooms, hotels and retail units. There is a team of 35 with a friendly and dynamic atmosphere. As a rapidly expanding company in Mid Wales, they will be looking for self-starters who want to put their own input into how the company develops.
The company has now been bought out by a PLC, and are now looking to recruit many positions, including CAD Technicians.
Requirements for the CAD Technician
* Coordinating design drawings with the rest of the team
* Provide a full design package for a wide variety of modular construction project
* Run the detailed design process
* Providing technical advice to design team colleagues and your clients
* Attending project meetings
* Experience in technical design
* Understanding of design standards and Building Regulations
* Degree/HNC (or equivalent) in a construction related discipline
