Our client is one of the UK’s top three craft bakeries and the World’s oldest pasty maker!

They are looking for a manager with a passion for great customer service and an eye for detail to take over the day to day running of their bakery cafe store based in Towcester.

Responsible for delivering the company brand, being accountable for all store food and health and safety as well as staff training, driving sales and store cleanliness.

All day to day admin duties will be included, cash handling, payroll, ordering, rotas and weekly stock takes.

This store is recently opened within a new development and needs a manager to put it on the map.

The role will ideally suit a someone who has had a minimum of one years’ experience as a catering manager or restaurant/coffee shop manager, no baking experience is required.

All the managers within our client’s company play an active role within their stores working on shift to support the team.

Working hours are between 8-4:30 Monday to Saturday and 9-5 on a Sunday.  You will be expected to work 5 days out of 7 and this will be including weekend work.

Salary £21,000.00 per annum + Company bonus scheme.
