Kitchen Assistant

Greenhead College is looking to appoint a permanent Kitchen Assistant to join the Catering Team on a part-time, term-time only basis.

The role will involve working as part of a team to prepare, cook and deliver meals for staff and students, and to maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining room.

The hours for this role with either be:

17.5 hours per week 10.45am to 2.15pm, or 25 hours per week, 9.15am until 2.15pm Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year, term time only. 

The salary for this post will be point 14 of the pay spine for Support Staff, which is currently £16,000.00 pa (reduced pro rata to £6,486.16 pa for 17.5 hours per week, or £9,265.95 pa for 25 hours per week in accordance with the term time only contract).
