Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a Global organisation who are looking to add a Regional HR Advisor on an interim 8 month contract to cover maternity leave. The role is offering a salary up to GBP36000 plus car allowance.
This client boast over 5000 employees across 125 countries, and provides a wide range of consultancy services across a range of sectors.
You will partner key stakeholders within your business division, working as part of a team in providing a professional HR services to approx 400 employees.
What we need from you:
A generalist HR background with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, tailored HR Support.
Practical experience of managing complex ER cases including redundancies, disciplinary, grievance, performance management and Sickness absence management.
Resilient and self-reliant with the ability to work in a self-sufficient manner.
Ability to demonstrate presence and credibility when dealing with key stakeholders.
Experience of delivering change in complex and demanding environments.
Flexibility to travel across the UK, predominantly within south east and south west essential.
