Volunteer Manager
To achieve its vision, Truro Cathedral relies on the significant contribution of its dedicated volunteers. A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an experienced volunteer manager who will be key in assessing and meeting the organisation’s needs across a range of areas through the recruitment, retention and support of these dedicated individuals. This role will also provide support to staff working with volunteers, ensuring that appropriate policies, systems and processes are in place.
The postholder will strive for excellence, advocating best practice and fostering a positive environment in which volunteers can flourish.
Experience of working with and leading change, along with a solid understanding of the importance of the volunteer journey is essential.
