The Role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Admin Apprentice within the Finance Department to act as a focal point for business administration, providing support and ensuring a first class service is delivered. Within this role you will have also work towards a Level 3 Business Administration Diploma. The role will have a wide scope and will be a key part of the finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for data accuracy, overseeing daily stock reporting and producing hedging reports. Acting as the principal contact with the Inventory Monetisation (IM) provider, you’ll deal with any queries or disputes on invoices and settlements whilst keeping up-to-date with shipping & trading. Further tasks will include administrative responsibilities including month end reporting, scanning and filing for the team. About You Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 A Levels, one being in a business related subject and be someone who ideally has some finance experience including data handling & invoicing. Knowledge of using MS Office is essential combined with the ability to balance a number of priorities across the finance team as well as prioritising & managing your own workload successfully. Excellent communication skills are vital as well as good attention to detail and a positive approach to working.
