You’ll need a good knowledge of North Somerset services and communities and excellent people skills. You will have experience of engaging with communities, the ability to build strong local partnerships and a commitment to developing and sustaining local groups and activities.

You’ll be practical and have the ability to get great results.  You will have excellent people management skills and an understanding of the challenges of managing a remote working team.

At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!

We will need to take up an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check for this role which we will do for you when you start.
