Do you have experience of managing a small service technician team?
Do you have knowledge of Agricultural parts?
My client is a John Deere dealership based in the South of England. They specialise in agricultural machinery offering the full range of John Deere machinery along with quality solutions, parts, service and support from our teams across six branches, ensuring increased productivity and reduced downtime. This is an outlet in a 6 outlet group with over 90 years' experience across them all.
They are looking for an Outlet Service Manager to join their branch in Basingstoke.
Working from the North Warnborough outlet, you will be responsible for all service related activities and a directly managing a team of technicians maintaining the latest in agricultural, construction and homeowner equipment.
Ideally you will have a service and customer focused background and have knowledge of normal processes relating to running a busy workshop and service department.
Excellent communication and organisation skills are paramount, as is the ability to work autonomously and closely with our outlet team. Our business is built on service - led by you.
