Teaching Assistant / TA required for EBD / Emotional and Behaviour Difficulties School
An EBD School / Emotional and Behaviour Difficulties School in Sunderland requires a talented teaching assistant / TA who has previous Special Needs experience. The school are looking for someone who is able to build rapport with students who display challenging behaviour.
This is a full time post and will begin after October half term.
You will be responsible for providing curriculum support across KS3 and KS4.
The school offers ongoing support and guidance and a fantastic welcoming Team who are dedicated to the needs of their students.
To be part of the team you will need to be:
A Teaching Assistant / TA with previous Special Needs experience
Have previous EBD / Emotional and Behaviour Difficulties experience
Be able to build rapport with children who display challenging behaviour
A team player who can use their initiative and take direction and guidance where needed.
