Our client who designs, develops and manufactures hardware within the fenestration industry are looking for Outbound Sales Advisors to join their internal sales team. Your role is to continually identify opportunities to positively improve the customer experience and introduce existing and potential customers to the full range of products and support.
You will be working as part of the Outbound Team under the direction of the Customer Service Manager and supervision of the Outbound Team Leader. Your main responsibilities will include cold calling potential new customers, identifying new business opportunities, range extending into existing customers using brand analysis and making retention calls. You will be partnered with allocated Area Sales Managers, raising quotes booking appointments, arranging samples and assisting with any other reasonable request they may have.
The successful candidate must have experience working within the window and door industry and have glazing product knowledge
