Shift Warehouse Coordinator (Days)
My client, a leading food production company based in Droitwich require a Shift Supervisor to join their exciting company due to an increase in orders. You will be on permanent days working 4 on 4 off so will have 6 months of the year off!!!
The Shift Warehouse Coordinator's role is to ensure delivery of warehouse management to enhance
customer service and minimise waste.
Shift Warehouse Coordinator (Days) Key Responsibilities.
Responsible for warehouse waste management, highlighting all concessions and actively looking at ways to deliver improvement.
Promote and Embed a safety culture through the use of STAR cards and conduct safety sweeps and
fully support all accident / incident investigations.
Responsible for the warehouse stock management system.
Build a thorough understanding of all work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP's) and ensure they are adhered to.
Support the introduction of new technology, systems and processes.
Responsibility for the warehouse stock reconciliation.
Responsible for cross stock management and stock.
Provide customer support and handle any customer
queries.
Shift Warehouse Coordinator (Nights) Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory role.
Correct attitude and behaviours.
Ability to work 12 hour say shifts.
