Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is delighted to have the opportunity for ambitious trainees to enter the world if insurance, working for this impressive Insurance organisation who are expanding.

You will be given training to be able to provide advice to customers on making a claim and the processes involved. The role will involve taking reports of new insurance claims from customers, third parties, credit hire companies, insurers and solicitors. You will need to accurately record the information reported to us concerning the circumstances of the loss and assess liability for an accident and offer advice and guidance to our customers. The Claims handler is required to validate that cover is in force for a claim and identifying possible fraudulent claim markers to be referred for investigation.

We are seeking applicants with a good standard of education, with excellent communication skills and ideally some experience gained working in a customer service environment. You will be offered training and be given the rare opportunity to break in to the world of insurance where you can progress your career.
