Reinvestment Surveyor required to work with leading housing association in West Bromwich.
My client requires a Reinvestment surveyor to deliver high quality reinvestment programs and managing the groups compliance responsilities including gas servicing and fire risk assesments to ensure all properties comply with legistration. They will also be responsible for procuring energy suppliers monitoring systems and improving engery efficuiency.
Key responsibilties will include:
Understaking stock condition surveys and other property inspections across a broad range of housing stock, this will include health & safety inspections.
Manage works related to stock condition surveys and property inspections within agreed financial limits and in accordance with the organisations financial policies and procedures.
Support delivery delivery of the reinvestment and cyclical programme, including surveys, specifications and resident consulations. The ideal candidate will have the following:
Previous surveying experience
HNC in building surveying or similar
Full Uk driving licence and own car
