Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

The Business Development Manager will be working as part of the Business Development team and the Senior Management team to develop strategic sales plans and pipelines.

You must be able to have the following

* Strong Business Development and major account experience.

* Proactively prospect for new sales leads and develop a robust pipeline

* Significant experience and background in Business Development from Bid to Contract award.

* Experience developing sales strategies in main contracting or off-site building sectors, would be an advantage.

* Positive attitude and ethics, which support our values in a healthy, high performance culture.

* Strong professional presence

* Strong analytical skills.

* Effective interpersonal skills; ability to quickly form relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

* Excellent listening skills

* Participate in the business planning process including marketing, product development, and new business opportunities
