We are looking for a DEMAND ANALYST/ SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST for our client, a large manufacturing company in Huddersfield. This role is temporary with an initial duration of 12 to 18 months.
THE ROLE
Ensuring the demand plan maintains capability, analysing and leading continuous improvement in the disaggregation of the forecast to a part number level. Working closely with internal and external customers to drive that improvement.
This role requires both an analytical mind and good communication skills. Main tasks will be analysing data, forecasting and relaying the data and forecasts to Sales teams.
To be considered you must have good Excel skills to at least an intermediate level, proven analytics experience, good and clear communication, have at least a two years' experience in a similar role, be able to work independently and be able to analyse trends and patterns. You will need to be able to use PowerPoint to generate presentation material. Experience of using Oracle would be advantageous but is not essential.
