We are working with a highly regarded independent firm of Rural Chartered Surveyors operating throughout Oxfordshire, with a wide range of services from property to agricultural professional services. It is an exciting opportunity to join a team dealing with agricultural, commercial and residential disciplines, and a wide variety of professional work. This is a smaller firm with a brilliant reputation for working with a close-knit team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious MRICS Rural Surveyor looking for a promising career path for the future. They have a portfolio of long-standing clients who are fond of the personal approach and long-standing relationships. Many clients are based locally although they represent national clients. For the right ambitious candidate flexible working options are available.
The Job:
Property sales and acquisitions
Valuations
Basic Payment Scheme
Planning and development (rural land/property)
Agri-environmental Schemes
Compulsory purchase
Land and estate management
The Candidate:
MRICS qualified and FAAV favourable but not essential.
Strong written and communication skills
Experienced in farm and rural agency.
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Organised and good diary management
Adaptable to a range of work.
Strong leadership skills
