I've got the perfect opportunity for someone who has experience in being a 2nd line support analyst with strong customer service skills and the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.

This role will use your expertise in;

2nd line support (and 1st line support)
Active Directory - create user accounts, create and route tickets as well as resetting passwords / using the in-house CRM software.
Asses total monthly workload & use data to target Problem Management
Supporting users with computer equipment, telephone and mobile devices - providing training when necessary.
Escalating complex calls and incidents that cannot be resolved in-house to the relevant teams.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software faults in desktop PC's, printers and mobile devices
Administering and maintaining Windows 10 and Mac OS environments - knowledge of Microsoft applications.(A driving license is needed for going to client sites)

Desirable Requirements:

* Experience of administering Apple mobile devices
* Knowledge of Microsoft Azure environment
* Knowledge of Exchange Management Console
