Our client is a large highly successful global company they are looking for a Systems Simulation Engineer. You will own and take responsibility for the link budget and end-to-end systems simulation. Our client will also look at candidates currently studying for their master's degree
As a Systems Simulation Engineer your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
* Simulation of complex wireless systems (Preferably LTE)
* MATLAB (Preferably Simulink)
* Link budget analysis
* Understanding of Antennas and installed performance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to team members and management
* Educated to degree level or equivalent in an engineering or engineering related discipline
* Electronics, Physics, software, Maths based subjects, Master's Degree.
* Candidates studying master's degree also will be considered
* All applicants must be able to obtain Security Clearance.
As a Systems Simulation Engineer your main responsibilities will involve:
* Own the link budget
* Own the end-to-end system simulation
* Create the required scenarios to model
* Create and validate the simulation
* Discuss and agree interfaces with other engineering disciplines
* Provide regular outputs to influence and test designs
