Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Site / Setting out engineer to work across their site in Worksop. The site will be a structural steel project for industrial purpose. This is a great opportunity for someone to work with a growing contractor on one of their local projects.
Job Responsibilities
* Use of EDM equipment to set out on site.
* Efficiently plot site and assist in the planning on site.
* Attend meetings on site and with clients.
* Adhering to all relevant quality and health & safety regulations.
* Setting out from ground works to the installation of steel structures.
* Problem solving on site.
* Providing professional guidance on the structural issues on site.
Job Requirements:
* Past experience in Setting out on site. (Ideally 5 years+ experience)
* Previously used EDM software and equipment.
* CSCS card and preferably SMSTS or SSSTS.
* Clean Driving Licence.
This is a fantastic chance for someone to join a busy contractor on a freelance opportunity with the project running into the new year.
