ICT Technician
Salary: Scale D - GBP18795 - GBP19171 per annum
Permanent role, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Starting: As soon as possible

We are seeking a reliable, dynamic and responsible person proficient in providing a streamlined operation of the ICT areas of at least two schools in alignment with Central IT Services and each School's objectives. The schools consist of workstations made up of a combination of Windows PCs, tablets, notebooks and iPads.

The post holder will ensure safe operation and maintenance of a number of other technologies within the school including reprographics and audio-visual equipment. Working with the Network Area Manager the post holder will be required to work with academies and other professionals to receive timely information, advice, guidance and support. The post holder will be required to coordinate a range of tasks and relationships where set procedures/guidelines do not always apply.

The ideal candidate will be able to establish good relationships with all teaching staff, support staff and pupils, and provide ongoing technical support to resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.

This role is working across multiple sites in Norfolk so you will need to be prepared to travel between the sites. Knowledge of Google Apps and Apps Scripting would be desirable. If you think that you have the skills and attributes for this exciting role, we would be pleased to hear from you.
